Returns & Exchanges

At Glam Archive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your curated pieces; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our archive team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
